Check the communications platform and choose a meeting or telephony client.

Before you start

In this deployment, app.iamcomm.ru serves the meeting client. A separate public SIP/IMS/media administration cabinet is not confirmed. Use Meet guides for conferences.

Click path

  1. Open the client and sign in.
  2. Inspect Статус сервисов on the home screen.
  3. Click Обновить статус сервисов and wait for a platform result.
  4. Create an agreed test meeting with Новая встреча.
  5. Check media with a second participant separately from control-plane availability.

Verify and recover

Verify session, platform status and actual media. Process health alone does not qualify the platform. Restore a 401 session, escalate platform failure, or inspect RTC/TURN/devices for silent media. There is no trunk-configuration button in this meeting client.
