Sign in with an IAM account

Sign in to IAM, recover access and return to the intended application.

Before you start

Start from the application you intend to use. An IAM account and organization membership are separate requirements.

Click path

  1. Click the product’s SSO button, such as Войти через IAM in Voice.
  2. On Вход в IAM, verify id.iamrouter.ru and select a language.
  3. Enter the existing account’s email and password. Remember the session only on your own device.
  4. Click Войти and wait for the original application to reopen. Do not share callback URLs.
  5. Check the organization and available sections. Ask the organization administrator for membership if missing.

Verify and recover

The product cabinet and intended organization must be visible. A profile page alone does not prove product access. Password recovery fixes credential failure; a product 403 requires checking roles or membership. Restart an expired login flow from the product.
