Where do I check whether an uploaded recording finished processing?
Locate the recording and check its status in ASR pipeline. Open its detail and verify the file and result. Slow processing does not require uploading it again; first determine the existing recording’s status.
Why is the list or transcript empty, and export unavailable?
For an empty list, clear filters and check the time range. For a missing transcript, inspect processing status. Export the intended selection and compare disputed automated QA scores with the actual audio.
