Play and retain a robot conversation recording

Before you start

Sign in as the organization owner. Recording must be enabled in the queue policy before the call is created. The organization supplies its documented authority, attestation and retention. Educational mode is for synthetic audio only and does not attest authority to record people. In production it is available to service test organizations explicitly enabled by an administrator; unsupported educational policies are rejected when saving a queue or starting a campaign.

Supervisor attachment does not enable recording when the call policy has it off. With permitted recording, supervisor participation becomes part of the same conversation archive. Every segment is checked before a single WAV is released.

Click path

1. Open Записи (/recordings), click Обновить список and select a recording by date/state.
2. Inspect the call ID, Хранение до, Удержание and Основание. The educational-data label identifies synthetic audio.
3. Wait for readiness and start Запись диалога с роботом. Seek to the required time. The stereo left channel contains the caller; the right contains the robot and participating supervisors.
4. Click Скачать WAV for an authorized local copy. Pending or unavailable archives display their actual state.
5. Click Приостановить удаление to retain beyond the normal deadline. Verify Удаление приостановлено. Снять удержание restores normal retention handling.
6. To delete an ended recording without a hold, click Удалить запись, read the explanation and choose Подтверждаю удаление записи or Оставить запись. Audio/key deletion is irreversible; audit history remains.
7. Inspect Журнал действий and refresh. Owner actions identify the current owner; system actions are recorded separately.

Verify and recover

Confirm the intended conversation plays and downloads as stereo WAV. Supervisor attachment/detachment preserves the shared conversation timeline. Another organization cannot use a copied link to read metadata, audio, events or delete it.

After deletion, the metadata retains its deletion record and audio becomes unavailable. Holds reject deletion. Retention applies to the entire recording, including supervised segments.

Проверяется means verification is pending after call end. Неполная запись indicates lost/excluded frames; review suitability before use. Ошибка does not mean audio is ready. Unconfirmed call end or unavailable storage requires service recovery. Refresh metadata/session after playback failures. Following a lost delete response, inspect state and audit before retrying; refresh after revision conflicts. A hold cannot recover already deleted audio, and a shared link grants no cross-organization access.
